Jarvis Landry, a football phenomenon, has created an unbelievable success story through a mentality that thrives on the relentless pursuit of excellence. While being a three-sport athlete in high school, competing in football, basketball, and track, it is no wonder that LSU saw a rising star in this Louisiana native. Jarvis earned All-SEC player honors, was named the 2013 LSU team captain and was awarded the Charles McClendon Award as LSU’s most valuable player.

Landry has channeled his multi-faceted skill set to become one of the best young, breakout receivers in the NFL. Pending the 2014 NFL Draft, it was no question that multiple, if not all organizations, had their eyes on this playmaking wide receiver. The Dolphins selected Landry in the second round of the 2014 NFL Draft and gave him the platform to produce a very successful rookie campaign. Jarvis led the team with 84 receptions setting a Dolphins franchise record for rookies. In his second year with the Dolphins, Jarvis took his game to the next level. He set another franchise record for 100 receptions in a season and paired it with over 1,000 receiving yards. Landry has already showcased his ability to be the go to receiver on the field – but Jarvis is defined more by his character and determination off the field.

Growing up in unfavorable conditions, often being left alone with no lights or water, Jarvis has defeated the odds by finding motivation in conquering the impossible. Jarvis’ passion to give back to his community is a true reflection of his honorable character and multidimensional personality. Through his own his testament and story, Jarvis has partnered with the Baton Rouge Area Foundation in order to create opportunities and to enhance the quality of life in Southern Louisiana. He also has paired with organizations such as The Big Buddy Program of Baton Rouge, an organization Jarvis became involved with at LSU. Jarvis hosts an annual ‘Jarvis Landry Give Back’ event that provides the children of the Big Buddy Program with school supplies, backpacks, motivational words, and football drills. Jarvis hopes to inspire those who might have to deal with similar situations through motivational speaking and mentoring programs.

Despite Jarvis’ struggle throughout childhood, Jarvis has the uncanny ability to fascinate the sports and entertainment industries whenever the two collide. His incredible personality has lit up various red carpets whether he is either earning Best Dressed accolades or acting as Young Hollywood’s red carpet correspondent. He has been seen on NFL Network, ESPN, Revolt TV, PETA Campaigns, and also has been asked to participate in Lexus commercials and Ethika campaigns to name a few.

Pair his contagious energy and lively personality with his humble and southern charm, and no one can argue that Jarvis “Juice” Landry is a star. Jarvis’ ability to perform on the field, coupled with his good looks and charisma, lends to an plethora of opportunities and creates an extraordinary demand for this crossover star.
